Trend to Try: Military Jackets

Lately, military jackets have been popping up everywhere! This versatile piece can easily become a staple in any girl’s fall wardrobe. Military jackets will spice up a look to give it an edgy and unique feel. This simple, yet stylish jacket acts as a great seasonal transition piece because it can easily transform summer looks into fashionable fall outfits. With a wide variety of styles to choose from, there is a military jacket to suit almost any shopper. Here are some of my favorite ways to wear this fall trend:

Stripes:

Throwing a military jacket over a striped shirt or dress can bring a nice splash of fall color to an otherwise plain pattern. Experimenting with different colors of stripes can be a fun way to wear this look as well.

 Printed Graphic Tee:

One of the easiest ways to transition your favorite printed graphic tee for the fall is to add a military jacket and some fun accessories. This can dress up the plainest t-shirts or even give an old shirt a fresh look for the new season.

Maxi Dresses:

A simple maxi dress can be accessorized with a military jacket to transition this summertime staple into a new fall favorite. The layers perfect the look so that you are able to stay warm in your favorite maxi that you aren’t quite ready to pack up for winter yet.
