Paris Fashion Week may just be my favorite so far. The shows seem to have a super special feeling and atmosphere, unlike any other fashion week. Maybe because so many stellar fashion houses are shown there, take a look at some of my favorites from the fifth day.
Viktor & Rolf
In a darkly toned collection, Viktor & Rolf combined sultry designs with lavish fabrics to create gothic-chic looks. Modesty did not seem to be a theme, as many looks revealed mass amounts of skin. Juicy, maroon lips and slicked back hairstyles completed the glamourous looks.
Vivienne Westwood
Winter has never looked so fun! The bright hues and draping combined with the pristine use of tulle adds up to one happy lady over here. Don’t be fooled though, the flirty collection also featured defined structure dainty accessories.
Comme des Garcons
Holy Volume! I believe those words alone are enough for this creative, voluminous and outlandish collection.
Jean Paul Gaultier
I must commend this collection, for I am not a huge fan of fur, but the mixture of textures and colors used in the coats really urges me to think twice. I love the bold colors combines with the natural. The fact that the models’ hair was styled sleek and strait contrasts the uniquely colored roots.
