Namaste: Easy yoga to do in your dorm

Some days, not even the thought of a Venti Starbucks can get you out of bed, let alone the thought of… the gym. For those days when you’re just not feeling it, here are ten yoga poses for relaxation, as well as strength, balance and flexibility.

These poses are simple and require no equipment, except a yoga mat or blanket and an open mind.
