Tracey Mallett, a 20 year fitness guru, created The Booty Barre® just a few years ago to satisfy the modern-day, wannabe ballerina.
“I was sore in all the places I hate about my body after I took the class for the first time,” said Sharla Mulhern, the Booty Barre and pilates instructor.
The Booty Barre is a combination of pilates, dance and yoga. It is designed to help strengthen and stretch your body while making you look and feel 10 years younger. It is a 55-minute workout that takes cardiovascular and strength training to a whole new level.
The Booty Barre was recently featured on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” and “Access Hollywood.” The buzz has brought in hundreds of new instructors with studios opening world-wide.

As someone who has taken the class, I can vouch that this class will make you feel like a whole new person. The workout is liberating, fun and sexy. With the fast pace and energy of the class it feels like nothing…until the next day.
